Underdogs x Sala da Cidade launch a collective exhibition in Coimbra.
“Vamos para a Mesa! Let’s Eat!” features works by @akacorleone, @cassio_markowski, @fidelevora, @halfstudiosigns, @julien_raaffin, @maria_imaginario, @mart_lap_, @rqlbelli, @tamara_aalves, @unidigrazz e @vaidarpitanga.
These eleven artists have been invited to reflect on food, meals and the refectory. In this shared meal, they feed us with a variety of ideas that mirror the concepts most present in their artistry.
From still lifes in classical paintings to the distractions caused by technology when eating. From the sacred and ancestral dimensions of ingredients to fast food delivered to your door. Join us for the opening 24 July 6:30pm with @underdogs_gallery curator @paulinefoessel and @municipiodecoimbra.
